In the reports we disclose publicly detailed information with regards to:

  • system of governance
  • risk profile
  • valuation for solvency purposes
  • capital management.

Solvency and Financial Condition Report 2025

Despite the challenges in recent years, the Company’s performance during 2025 has remained strong. The Company achieved premium income of €1.6b in 2025 (€2.0b 2024). Assets under management (AuM) as of 31 December 2025 increased to €13.7b (€12.1b 2024). The increase in AuM is a result of positive market growth in 2025, and a positive premium net flow. The Company had a positive premium net flow during 2025 of €0.5b which is driven by both strong sales, and lower surrenders to policyholders.
