In the reports we disclose publicly detailed information with regards to:

  • system of governance
  • risk profile
  • valuation for solvency purposes
  • capital management.
Annual report

Strong performance despite challenges in recent years

Despite the market challenges in recent years, the Company’s performance during 2023 has remained strong. The Company achieved premium income of €1.1b in 2023 (€1.5b 2022). Assets under management (AuM) as of 31 December 2023 increased to €10.4b (€9.6b 2022). The increase in AuM is a result of market recovering in the last quarter of 2023. The Company had a negative premium net flow during 2023 of €0.07b which is offset by the AuM growth due to positive market effects in late 2023.
