SEB Life International has elected to act as Withholding Agent pursuant to Article 26-ter (3) of the Presidential Decree no 600/1973 and will withhold taxes from Partial and Full Encashments and Death Benefit (as applicable).

SEB Life International's license to pursue business in Italy under the EU Third Life Directive on a freedom of services basis is reflected by entry on the IVASS register of insurance undertakings under the IVASS number II.00208.
